We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We use analytics and attribution tools to understand how users discover and use Grappling AI. Specifically, PostHog and Sentry are used for first-party analytics and diagnostics, and the Meta SDK may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA) for ad attribution to measure Instagram and Facebook ad performance. Meta may use this data in accordance with its Data Policy.

You can opt out of tracking by disabling "Allow Apps to Request to Track" in your iOS settings.

We do not share your videos, emails, or training data with Meta or any other ad network.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of all video uploads and sensitive data in transit and at rest, role-based access control with secure authentication, continuous monitoring, and regular security audits. Training videos are stored securely on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide and improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request account or data deletion at any time by contacting us.
